RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: October 22, 2026

At VO REBORN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Window

Eligible items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility requirements below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, except for reasonable try-on. Items must be free of stains, damage, odors, and signs of wear. Original tags and packaging should be included where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, worn socks and opened hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Return Shipping

For ordinary returns, including size or preference changes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Exchanges

You may contact us within the 14-day return window to request a size or color exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping for ordinary exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. We will confirm any replacement shipping arrangements when your request is reviewed.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider and financial institution.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or report a problem with an order, email Reborn2023vo@gmail.com with your order number, the item details, and the reason for your request. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos when possible.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping any item back.
